Mmmmm, a food journal is not my favorite thing to do, but, it has a great deal of info hiding out inside of it, so, here’s a little glimpse to what a typical Saturday looks like for me:
9:00 a.m. – two cups of coffee w/ pepermint & mocha creamer
9:30 a.m. – 3 peanut butter crackers (while out driving) with 24 ounces of water.
12:00 p.m. – a left over sweet tea from sonic (I had put it in the fridge last night so it was still tasty)
1:00 p.m. – stir fry
2:00 p.m. – 2 cups of coffee w/ creamer 🙂
2:30 p.m. – nectarine
2:45 p.m. – 24 ounces of water
3:45 p.m. – half of a black bean burger pattie
5:00 p.m. – mexican chicken, brown rice, black beans, and green beans.
6:00 p.m. – wheat bread w/ butter, banana
8:30 p.m. – coffee w/ creamer
