30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge: Day 5

1 frozen banana
1 large tbsp peanut butter
2 teaspoons flaxseed
2/3 cup water
large handful spinach

This smoothie gets a nice 3 stars from me. The spinach seems to leave a bitter after taste, maybe next time I’ll use a smaller helping. Other than that, the peanut butter gives a nice fullness to the drink. Enjoy!
