30 Day Green Smoothie Challenge: Day 4



-1 small soft pear 
–1 handful of spinach leaves
–1/2 cup cold water
–1 small banana 
–2 Tblsp ground flax seeds
–a few small ice cubes

I really enjoyed the sweet pear flavor of this smoothie. It was still a soft taste so I only gave it three out of 5 stars.

  1. Yay, you’re back on the health kick! Woot woot! I’m starting today all over again. My goal is to lose 40 lbs by June 28th. I’m doing 20 min of exercise 5 days/week to start, then ramping it up. Plus 1500 calories per day. This 30 day smoothie challenge has you drinking JUST smoothies all day for 30 days??
